It isn't even pro-birth. If it were they would want free access to pre-natal care, and would clarify that there are exceptions for after the fetus dies in utero (so much for the heartbeat justification!), as well as for embryos created for IVF (which, last time I checked would promote MORE pregnancies).

Yes, definitely. Plus they don’t care if the woman has an ectopic pregnancy, which, if not taken care of by an emergency abortion, can leave her unable to bear children.

It’s simply a matter of controlling women; it has nothing at all to do with helping births.
