Unfortunately, as Mary pointed out he is cruel, and the effect of his cruelty will worsen and increase as his cognitive abilities decline, which is happening rapidly but does not disarm him. To do that we need psychopharmaceutical drugs, or even better by legal methods such as impeachment.

Interestingly the recent clip of him unable to move his right leg and dragging it as he exited and walked away from the golf cart is a symptom of a neurological condition.

But that dragging of the leg is also a symptom of a drug induced symptom. There is a condition called Drug-induced Parkinsonism (DIP) which looks like Parkinson's Disease (PD) but it is not; and Drug-induced Parkinsonism (DIP) can be triggered by dopamine receptor blocking agents which are psychopharmaceutical drugs. (see National Library of Medicine hyperlink below for more information)

However, it is commonly missed by medical professionals and the patients are misdiagnosed and treated for Parkinson's. This is especially true in elderly patients who as they experience cognitive decline are medicated with psychopharmaceutical drugs for behavioral symptoms of dementia. When misread and treated instead for Parkinson's the treatment for that condition has no effect, and the symptoms persist leaving the elderly disabled and unable to walk, which is tragic because it degrades quality of life by an error in diagnosis that is preventable.

So, I wonder how sick Trump is both medically and mentally, and what drugs is he prescribed. I would guess it is a cocktail, and we may be seeing drug induced symptoms or medical symptoms, and since they will lie about his health, it is impossible for us to know.

But we see symptoms like the bruises and the dragging of the right leg that may be drug induced. Bottom line and my main concern is he is growing more and more mentally disabled and volatile. I am sure Vance, and others are plotting to impeach him or worse.
