The number of people attending Trumps rallies has been dropping. He cannot even fill half a high-school gymnasium now. He is bankrupt, and so is the RNC . Only at his Return to Butler rally has he drawn a real crowd, probably because his most devoted followers traveled to be there.
The same thing happened in Hitler's Germany. What's important to remember is, in the end, Hitler killed everyone - including his supporters and immediate families. Once some one becomes useless, people like Grump, Hitler, or Putin always kill them. Part of it is that these people have knowledge that could be used to bring the dictator down. But, a big part of it is that they just enjoy doing it.
The easiest way to stop Trump is by not handing him the power to let him do it in the first place.

I read earlier today that three employees of The Heritage Foundation have been flooding government offices with FOIAs, requesting personnel records. Presumably, they're trying to assess their quarry's leanings and interests, in advance of a possible trump win. Project 2025 promises a sweeping revamping of the federal government's employees; this gives them a head start just in case.

Seniors and others that depend on social security damn well better vote for Harris/Walz. Trump will start by slashing costs within the administration and work his way up to cutting SS completely. No more cost of living bumps, that's for sure. So when you say "most of us are not prepared", how does one prepare for loss of income they've worked for all their adult lives? For many, social security is all they have!
And health care? As a New Yorker might day, "forget about it"! Trump will destroy ObamaCare and we KNOW he doesn't give a shit about whether the average American has access to good health care whether they are children or adults. Medicare and Medicaid will be ravaged, too.
If Trump slithers back into office, I see nothing but grey ahead fading into black. Total darkness. A loss of our way of life that's been great, good, okay and sometimes rough or bad, but still we're free to say what's on our minds and move through society without fear. This will be gone -- for EVERYONE -- unless you're a devoted MAGA cultist worshipping Dear Leader.
If you know anyone who is still on the fence, talk to them about our most important federal programs and other protections that benefit all citizens. Remind them that Trump, because of his wealthy background, has never had to worry about any issues that MOST Americans contend with every day.
And finally, if Trump gets back into the oval office, WE won't have to wring our hands over immigration any longer, but other countries, like poor Canada, will see Americans begin to rush THEIR borders. VOTE 💙 up and down the ballot!

I find that hard to believe America doesn’t need to invade us; they branch planted our economy 50 years ago and already are our largest trading partner; what possible advantage would that give they don’t have already. Putin I d believe anything about!
Trump said he would do that in a speech at his California golf course. he said he would expand the footprint of the USA geographically. It's not just Canada he has in mind. he was referring to a longatudal expension north and south, including Mexico and south america.
