You are such a wonderful cat Mom! Take tons of pictures. They are so sweet! I’m still grieving over the loss of my girl😢 who went over the rainbow bridge last July. My heart is so broken💔
As others have said - adorable! I have a (sorta) new one too. He stayed at 4#s for 2 1/2 months and then grew rapidly into the 8 1/2 #s he is now at 5 months. He’s all long legs and piss & vinegar! Although, he still has moments each day where he meows at me repeatedly and stands up for me to pick him up for cuddles. Then he’s all sweetness as he drapes over my arm and falls asleep.
It’s relaxing to read your kitty stories. They are like palate cleansers between the serious entries. But even the serious political ones have a calm tone that I appreciate.
Adorable! I miss my boys... Mary, I don't know if you're aware of this but I understand cats are very territorial. I've been told before to separate their food dishes to keep the peace. Not trying to be a nosy-assed cat policeperson but just thought I'd share that tidbit of info. I love ya girl!!!
Looks like a grudging tolerance. I once fostered two street cats, FIV+, and decided when I brought them to my apartment that neither would have territory. One was friendly and the other was timid. It worked really. They were never cozy buddies but they did like to sit on my chest in conspiratorial manner to get me up to feed them. And timid Duncan became my cuddle buddy after starting our relationship hissing and growling at me. I miss my guys. 🥺
Our new Ragdoll kitten, Atticus is completely out of control. He is so handsome but a handful to deal with. We have to put him in the spare bedroom when we eat dinner or else there would be no dinner. Looking forward to the “snip” in a few weeks in hopes it will slow him down a bit. Congrats to Linden for being a brave kitty in the face of the arrival of the new kitten.
Cats, and everything about them, are absolute JOY! I may love them just a little. 🐾
THIS is newsworthy stuff! I wish we could focus on this kind of news and dump the rest. Thanks for sharing something heartwarming, Mary.

Here is a bandaid and mutual grieving for the loss of a furry one named Tuck tuck tuckeee, Lina HUGS
👏🏼to Linden for restraint, though he looked a little less than pleased, but hopefully with time, they’ll get along peacefully.

Aww - everyone needs a sibling.

Darlings🐈🥰 Now all you need is an orange cat too.

This is wonderful Mary! Detente will finally be achieved when they groom each other. Keep Hope Alive!🐾🐈🐾🐈

Love these pet updates. How is Sebastian handling Cap's presence?
If only our divided Congress could navigate getting along so well. 😊
Absolutely adorable! I have a 13 month old puppy named Dude and the adolescent period is tough! But so much fun. Congrats on your new member :)

I love his name! The "snip" should calm him considerably but he will still revert to his old wild ways on occasion.
