CAUGHT: Prosecutors in Michigan, Nevada and his own state of Wisconsin are investigating new evidence (audio below) that directly implicates Senator Ron Johnson in Donald’s attempt to overturn the 2020 election on January 6. And Donald can NEVER pardon him. Read on.👇

CNN obtained audio of former Trump attorney Kenneth Chesebro’s meeting with investigators… and it’s very bad news for Wisconsin Republican Senator Ron Johnson.

Chesebro’s cooperation provided prosecutors with new information that exposed, in even greater detail, Donald’s sinister plot to deliver fake elector certificates from Michigan and Wisconsin to Mike Pence before Congress tallied the electoral vote count – to replace Biden’s legitimate electors.

In order to assist them, Ron Johnson attempted to deliver the fake elector certificates to Pence. Here is the audio of Chesebro outlining how they got to Johnson, followed by why state prosecutors are now getting involved:

Did you hear that? Donald’s staff coordinated with Ron Johnson’s staffers, to give them the fake elector certificates.

From there, Johnson allegedly set out to give the fake elector certificates to Pence himself.

Right before certification, Johnson's aide Sean Riley texted Mike Pence's aide Chris Hodgson, writing that Johnson "needs to hand something to VPOTUS” – the fake elector certificates. The Pence aide, undoubtedly wishing to avoid prison for criminal conspiracy, refused the request, and demanded that Johnson give up on the attempt to involve Pence.

It seems one of the only reasons the January 6th coup attempt didn’t work was because Pence’s aide refused to receive the documents.

Astoundingly, Johnson’s failure to pull off this treason is central to his defense.

Johnson’s Confession

Johnson’s pathetic response should be a case-closed moment for prosecutors: “My involvement in that attempt to deliver spanned the course of a couple seconds,” Johnson said in a statement. “In the end, those electors were not delivered.”

Hm… what’s the acceptable time limit for a coup? 🤔

Legal Review

According to one attorney I asked, the duration of Johnson's attempts to assist Donald’s coup doesn't matter to prove most crimes, including conspiracy.

Under 18 U.S.C. § 371, conspiring to commit any offense or defraud the United States, regardless of the purpose, constitutes the crime. Much like pulling a trigger to commit murder, it’s not the time span over which the offense occurs that matters – it’s what Johnson tried to do that matters.
