Mark Meadows just asked an appellate court to hear his request to move his criminal case out of Georgia – the SAME “hostile court” that just ruled against someone else asking for the same thing. Insane. Read on.👇
Donald’s accomplice and lackey Mark Meadows in in BIG trouble in Georgia, facing not one, but two serious charges: the violation of the Georgia RICO act and solicitation of violation of oath by a public officer for his attempts to help pressure Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger into “finding” votes for Donald.
Meadows is desperate to escape justice, so he’s hoping to get the hell out of Georgia in order to avoid having to face a jury. But that means he needs the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals to help him with his cause.
By putting his request to a court that’s already ruled against similar arguments, however, Meadows has totally screwed himself over.
This virtually assures his legal fees will sky-rocket, all for nothing, while his spending time in a Georgia prison becomes a distinct possibility.
Per Newsweek, the panel is expected to rule on Meadows’ weak arguments shortly — without delay.
Why is this a disaster for Meadows?
According to Georgia State University College law Professor Anthony Michael Kreis, Meadows is “toast” based on the composition of the court.
The judges include William Pryor (appointed by Bush); Robin Rosenbaum (appointed by Obama); and Nancy Abudu (appointed by Biden). Pyror and Rosenbaum were in the majority in a somewhat similar decision in United States v. Pate.
I also consulted with attorney Joe Gallina, who explained why this is so disastrous for Meadows.
“His request was already denied once by the lower court. I agree with Professor Kreis’ reasoning that getting a favorable ruling from the 11th Circuit will be an uphill battle for Meadows,” Gallina told me.
“Obviously no two cases are perfectly symmetrical legally, and Kreis acknowledges that. The crux here is that in US vs Pate, the court ruled that only current officials could remove their case, and Meadows is a former official.”
Next steps
We need Mark Meadows to keep digging himself holes, and running out of options, so he finally throws Donald under the bus.
May the screws of justice continue to tighten on Meadows . . . and Donald.
Thank you for joining this journey with me!
I am going to be honest with you — calling out the horrific anti-American activity of Donald and his cult has resulted in serious consequences for me. But I refuse to stand by and watch Donald destroy our Democracy; especially as the corporate media continues to fail us!

Let's hope the case is heard quickly and Meadows loses. He needs to be held accountable, but I doubt he'll flip. He'll hope Trump gets re-elected and pardons him. Probably wouldn't happen though. There is no loyalty from Trump.
Sending protection for you, Mary. I’m convinced that we would not be where we are in the prosecution stage without your ground level work. We have fabulous prosecutors. They are like ducks on the water calm and unruffled on the surface and paddling like underneath.
All will be well, thank you to you. We would not have known him without you, without your brave writing.
