There was a request today to put him back in jail since he should be considered a flight risk but no hearing has been scheduled yet. He has connections everywhere. An ankle monitor isn't going to stop him from fleeing the country if he decides to leave.
They need to stop playing footsie with these Russian intelligence spies. If the tables were turned and Russia had captured an American spy, they would never see the light of day again.
