It is said that most police vote Republican. Do you think this is still the case even after January 6, when it became clear that “we back the blue” was just a rightwing jingoist slogan to get votes? Can police still be fooled by the lies on right wing media like Fox?
Ask him what he makes of the CHP officers who exchanged fist-bumps and took selfies with the rioters. Was he shocked? Did they remain supportive of the insurrection when they saw how violent it became, especially when their colleagues were targeted?
