Not necessarily. I know several well educated people who are so sick of hearing and reading about Trump that they have skipped every story about Trump for the last few years. They may have negative opinions about him but it could still be possible to decide the case based only on the evidence presented. I have sat on a couple of juries and jurors are not without their prejudices but their only commitment is to set those prejudices aside and decide the case on the evidence presented.
