I’m trying not to cry. I was the 73rd person to like your post & all I could think about was Roe v. Wade, 1973.

I want my women’s rights back Mary. All the feels on your post. I hope you are dealing with today better than I am.

I believe Americans should never ask for their rights. They're guaranteed. All we need do is take our rights.

We are the People. Every member of our tri fecta governance is paid for by our tax dollars. They and their families are provided personal living conditions; housing, food, clothing, and travel. So, then, do you see why I say that we are their bosses, their owners actually?

It's our say against theirs and they have allowed the one percent to bully us into believing we are lesser than they when our tax dollars combined far outweigh all their money combined.

Thank you, Mary, for guiding us through the criminality of Donnie Boy. If he dares to force his way back into the Whitehouse we have the power to throw him out and every single one living off our taxes while working for Donald Trump as well. This is our country and our Democracy. They can't take it from us with Christian Nationalists being given the power to trash our Constitution and rewrite it to suit the fake Christians, the writers of 2025, and Donald and all of the Fascist leaders around the world.

We cannot call America the greatest nation on earth if we don't invite our many allies to join us in ending the warmakers' genocidal behavior, use the rules of the Geneva Conference and, unlike the ending of WWII, make absolutely certain that no man or woman in the world with dictatoriial intentions is allowed to rule any nation. The Oligarchs have created the horrors of the world because they prefer to attack weaker nations and take what they please rather than make trade deals and paying for what they want.

There's so much more we can do to bring about major changes but we might start by thinking about the people of North Korea and how miserable their lives are. Then realize that our lives will become the same under Donald Trump.

I agree. We have been under the gun of these Fascists mentally, when all we need do is stand up and demand our rights.

Fascists don’t give up power when people ask for it. I’m hoping we can still regain our power with our votes, and we don’t have a civil war.

Yes. Have been angry for all of the girls/ women that have suffered/died since Roe was overturned.😡

Some relief, but know that until they hold SCOTUS 6 responsible, and REMOVE them, there will continue to be victims.

The women that MARCHED are now near 80 years old. Heartbreaking that for 50 years Roe was protecting girls/ women, and then Alito "decided" to change all of that. Alito made up "reasons" and people have not said "No, you can't do that."

Thanks to Kamala, Mary, and Taylor Swift (for bringing along her millions of followers)

for encouragement and hope.

Yes to the “nearly 80.” And many of us marched when we were young, back in the late 1960s or early 1970s, for safe and legal abortions (I was one of those many). It’s infuriating that the fascists did away with legal abortions in so many states.

I am not a mother, but as a survivor of extensive sexual abuse as a child, I feel it, too.

Thank you, Barbara. It took a lot of years of hard work, but I have come out the other side. In some ways the awfulness of my childhood enabled me to become a better person than I otherwise might have been.
