Per Detroit News:

On November 17, 2020, Donald “personally pressured two Republican members of the Wayne County Board of Canvassers not to sign the certification of the 2020 presidential election, according to recordings reviewed by The Detroit News and revealed publicly for the first time.”

Donald told canvassers William Hartmann and Monica Palmer that they would look "terrible" if they signed it. The call also included Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel who also encouraged them not to sign - they both left that evening without doing so.

Why is this so bad for Donald? The recordings are proof of his direct involvement in pressuring election officials to undermine certification.

We all heard Donald’s Georgia call, but this is a shocking development. The fact that Donald appears to be personally involved in pressuring officials down to the level of county canvassers shows the lengths he went to subvert the election.

One lawyer told me that this call will be a critical piece of evidence in Jack Smith’s election case. “There is nothing more persuasive than a defendant clearly breaking the law on tape,” he told me.

But tonight gives us hope. The truth is finally coming to light and Donald Trump will face accountability before a judge.

What now?

In Washington, D.C., Donald faces four felony counts for his efforts to overturn the 2020 election. In Georgia, he faces 13 felony counts for his election interference in that state.

Now, Ronna McDaniel ALSO likely broke the law. She will be the next in the long line of people who lose everything just to serve Donald.
