A Highly Classified Binder Relating to Russia went MISSING when Donald left the White House. Intelligence Officials are terrified. Read On. đ
Per CNN:
After Donald left the White House, a binder that contained raw U.S. and NATO intelligence about Russia and Russian agents went missing.
The documents included âsources and methodsâ the US government used in its âassessment that Russian President Vladimir Putin sought to help Trump win the 2016 election.â
âThe binder was not among the classified items found in last yearâs search of Trumpâs Mar-a-Lago resort, according to a US official familiar with the matter.â
There is one question on everyoneâs mind:
Did Donald do something with these documents?
Letâs take a look at Donaldâs possible motive in the classified documents case:
Back in July 2022, Rolling Stone published an article that analyzed why Donald allegedly took the documents in the first place:
âIn his final days in the White House, (Donald) told top advisers he needed to preserve certain Russia-related documents to keep his enemies from destroying them. The documents related to the federal investigation into Russian election meddling and alleged collusion with Trumpâs campaignâŚ
According to a person with direct knowledge of the situation and another source briefed on the matter, Trump told several people working in and outside the White House that he was concerned Joe Bidenâs incoming administration â or the âDeep Stateâ â would supposedly âshred,â bury, or destroy âthe evidenceâ that Trump was somehow wronged.â
This seems to be clear evidence that Donald wished to retain info related to the Russian investigationâŚAnd now CNN is reporting that documents pertaining to this very issue are missing.
Interesting.
How bad could this be for Donald?
I asked attorney Joe Gallina to assess why this is bad for Donald:
âDonald has already been charged with 31 counts of willful retention of national defense information under the Espionage Act for keeping secrets at Mar-a-Lago. However, these missing documents are a whole new ballgame.
We donât know enough yet, but letâs do a fast thought experiment: Weâd like to think the chain of custody of classified intel is tracked by the intelligence community, so itâs likely some internal record-keeping exists as to who had the document last.
With the missing Russia documents, there are really only three possibilities:
They were destroyed. If the government has proof Donald Trump was the last person to possess the documents, and there was some evidence they were destroyed, he would potentially face new criminal charges under several different laws including 18 U.S.C. § 793 and 18 U.S.C. § 2071 which could lead to even more prison time.
They were lost (or kept). Whether the documents were purposely kept in a safe or lost, either could lead to stiff penalties including charges under 18 U.S.C. § 793 and the Federal Records Act 44 U.S.C. §§ 2101-2906. Even when classified information is inadvertently lost, it could be considered "retention" if there wasnât a good faith effort to produce it.
They were sold or given to Russia. This is the most serious possibility of all. And if, indeed, this is the case, a number of charges, including 18 U.S.C. § 793 as it relates to knowingly delivering national defense information to an unauthorized foreign agent, could be brought. The maximum penalty for violating the Espionage Act is life imprisonment. Such theft and dissemination could also rise to the level of Conspiracy to Commit Espionage and 18 U.S.C. § 798: Unauthorized Disclosure of National Security Information.
Let me put it this way, if the government ever had evidence Donald Trump purposely handed classified info to a hostile power, he would never see the light of day again.â
Why this must be EXPOSED:
As I mentioned yesterday, just because Republican hypocrisy is the rule, that doesnât mean we shouldnât expose it at every opportunity. In 2016, Donald Trump repeatedly called for Hillary Clinton to be imprisoned over her alleged mishandling of a private email server during her time as secretary of state.
âI will say this, Hillary Clinton has got to go to jail,â Donald said. âFolks, honestly, sheâs guilty as hell.â
Of course, at exactly the same time the FBI was investigating whether Clinton had improperly handled classified documents, it was investigating Donald for his and his campaignâs ties to Russia. Luckily for Donald, The New York Times and James Comey had his back and the only ânewsâ people heard about in the days and weeks leading up to the 2016 election had to do with Clintonâs fucking emails.
If Donald or anybody else in his administration unlawfully retained these highly sensitive documents, they need to be tried and convicted.

No surprise. The full extent of his treachery will never be fully known. What did he do alone with Putin behind closed doors? What did he steal? How many secrets have been disclosed? How many crimes has he committed? And how in the world is he still able to run again! He is a clear and present danger.
