Donald just defamed E. Jean Carroll again – as he faces a jury this week to determine damages he owes her for the same type of lies. This could cost him dearly. Watch him dig this incredible hole👇

In just a span of 13 minutes today, Donald attacked E. Jean Carroll an incredible 42 times on Truth Social - including the falsehood that Judge Lewis Kaplan was a Democratic operative.

But it gets even worse for Donald. In remarks caught on camera, he lied about her again. This will almost certainly cost him.

“A totally fabricated story. It’s all fabricated,” he said in reference to E. Jean’s sexual assault – for which he was already definitively found liable, by a jury of his peers.

Donald can’t plausibly deny he made this claim, because I’ve saved the receipts. Here it is on video: 👇

Why is this bad for him? Because he is currently being sued a second time for defaming E. Jean Carroll. And he continues to defame her.

Donald doesn’t have to face her in court—he didn’t show up at the prior trial. He could just as easily campaign in New Hampshire, while his lawyers try to convince another jury to ignore all of Donald’s transgressions.

But he is so cruel, and so narcissistic, he thinks it will work in his favor to show up in court to intimidate the woman he raped—who is, by the way, beyond intimidation.

This is the Donald I know. And he will pay for his cruelty.

Hopefully this judge and jury understands that something drastic needs to be done to keep Donald in check.

E. Jean has already been awarded $5M. Currently, E. Jean is filing for $10M in damages for further defamation, but with these new comments… that number could become much bigger.

What now?

At a press conference a few days ago, Donald said something similar, calling E. Jean’s validated account of his sexual assault a "made-up, fabricated story." What happened then?

Her lawyers promptly made a court filing, entering his latest false and defamatory remarks into evidence.

"We learned about that press conference later that evening, promptly prepared a video and transcript of the portion we intended to put into evidence, and sent the video and transcript to Defendant's counsel,” Carroll’s attorney Roberta Kaplan wrote in a filing.

Given Donald’s egregious compounding of his defamation, all of his defamations should become part of the record.

At this point, the judge should just order Donald to write E. Jean a blank check.

And we must use his defeat to help end his campaign. 💪
