Donald Trump’s gag order was just reinstated by the appeals court. Judge Engoron vows to enforce it “rigorously and vigorously.” JAIL IS NEXT. Read on👇

Per ABC News:
“A New York appellate court has upheld the limited gag order imposed by Judge Engoron in the ongoing trial.”
The order prohibits Donald “from disparaging court staff, particularly his principle law clerk, who has come under attack by Trump on social media.”
What the media didn’t talk about is what happened in the court room next.
When Judge Engoron made sure Donald’s attorneys were aware that the Appellate Division First Department reinstated his two gag orders, and that he would enforce them vigorously, they responded with a comment as ill-advised as it was rude:
“It's a tragic day for the rule of law,” Donald’s attorney Kise said, “but we are aware.”
“It is what it is,” Engoron quipped. These lawyers aren’t doing Donald any favors – getting on Engoron’s bad side won’t make him any less likely to hold Donald accountable.
But why is this gag order decision so bad for Donald?
Because according to my quick consultation with legal expert Joe Gallina, “Donald will be in jail very soon.” Knowing Donald personally, I fully agree. Here’s why.
Donald’s massive ego and insecurity make him unable to follow this order. My family and I have seen this compulsion first hand. When he is under pressure, he has zero self control.
“Now that one of the two gag orders has been reinstated with stiff penalties, it's only a matter of time before he will violate it. He can't help himself,” Gallina said.
There is something that makes jail more likely as a punishment:
“People need to remember this important point,” Gallina said. Donald was ALREADY fined $5000 by Judge Engoron’s court for violating the gag order. Then he was fined AGAIN for $10,000. He was ALREADY warned about possible imprisonment – not once, but TWICE.”
“He is out of chances,” Gallina concluded.
What now?
If Judge Engoron actually enforces Donald’s gag order “rigorously and vigorously,” then Donald is on notice.
What will be his own self-inflicted blow that finally lands him behind bars?
It’s time to grab a seat with me, and break out the 🍿.
Thank you for reading this far!
I am going to be honest with you—calling out my own family’s despicable, anti-American, and potentially criminal activity takes a toll. But I cannot stand by and watch Donald destroy our democracy.
