From everything I've read, the only thing Melania really cares about is Barron and they have a very close relationship. When they were in the White House, Melania's parents lived there with them and also participated in raising Barron. Melania's former assistant said in her book that they all ate dinner together but Melania, Barron and her parents all spoke their native language exclusively and Trump was completely left out because he did not understand what they were saying. I read recently that Melania and Barron are living with her father since her mother's passing and don't have much to do with Trump. Pray if you like, but please follow it up with work. Work for President Biden to crush tfg under the biggest landslide ever, in both the popular vote and the Electoral College. The experts say it will be close, but we need to make it a landslide, and for several reasons. The bigger the landslide, the harder it will be for tfg to claim we cheated, and the less likely we’ll have to deal with violence. Secondly, we need to send a message to the whole world that we as a nation are absolutely DONE with his shit. Finally, picture a landslide so huge that when he does whine that we cheated, all 5 of his children will laugh in his face and tell him, “Put a sock in it, Dad. It’s over. You LOST.” I’d love to see his reaction to the utter and complete humiliation at the instant he hears that, even if he doesn’t accept it.

From everything I've read, the only thing Melania really cares about is Barron and they have a very close relationship. When they were in the White House, Melania's parents lived there with them and also participated in raising Barron. Melania's former assistant said in her book that they all ate dinner together but Melania, Barron and her parents all spoke their native language exclusively and Trump was completely left out because he did not understand what they were saying. I read recently that Melania and Barron are living with her father since her mother's passing and don't have much to do with Trump. I could be wrong but it seems like Melania is a fierce mama bear and she has worked hard to minimize Trump's effect on Barron.

Sometimes I wonder if she regrets ever meeting Donald, and in particular - marrying him!! Apparently he's been sleazy his entire life, pouring on the manipulation and false charm to make women sleep with him. He's NEVER been physically attractive IMO. I wonder how many models are thanking their lucky stars they got away. If Mrs. Trump married him for money only, then she has made her bed. Money is not everything.
I think she was most interested in getting citizenship for herself and her parents, and Donald's money made that happen. By all accounts, she agrees with a lot of his poisonous opinions. Who knows what goes on behind closed doors, but it sure looks like their marriage is transactional.
But, Melania said in an earlier interview that she calls Barron, "Little Donald", because he emulates the wearing of suits like his sperm donor and plays golf with him.

I'm not crowing (yes, I am) but since you first announced way back when that Donald had never attended the graduations of any of his other children, I was sure there was a rally that he had said "yes" to and now he had to have an excuse to hand the judge for attending it, hence Barron's graduation. And now we have it.

A reporter should call him out and ask what he is doing for Barron after his graduation; where is he taking him to celebrate his special day?
Maybe his offspring are not ever bothered by the lie that their father was "too busy" to attend school functions. I highly doubt that his absence had no effect. I can state from experience that when a father, step-father, (whatever the close relationship may be) chooses to miss important events in a child's life, it can have quite devastating consequences. Realization of the fact that Father does not care is very painful.

Thank you Mary although today we also had the bad news that Judge Cannon in Florida has finally done what we always knew she would--said that the REALLY important trial, the one about sensitive materials that Donald stored in Mar al Lago after he left office, is postponed indefinitely. This is SUCH serious stuff because I have a close relative who had a Top Secret clearance. They say that anyone else, ANYONE else, would have been in jail by now for what Donald did. Heck I may not even get US citizenship next month if my interviewer decides that my missing piece of information--a document from 50 years ago that USCIS had a copy of 26 years ago--is enough to quash my application.
But once again Donald is above the law. I don't know what Jack Smith will do now and if anyone has any positive light to shed on this defeat I could sure use it.

They definitely should, after all, as William E Gladstone said, “Justice delayed is justice denied”. It's in the job title (although not in Cannon's, she's only a judge, but it is in the appellate courts)! Whether they will is another matter and, frankly, given their GOP leaning tendencies, I doubt it. I would hope that they consider the damage it will do to the court's reputation. To quote Lord Hewart: “Justice must not only be done, but must also be seen to be done”.

I also like to differentiate that pro choice is not the same as pro abortion. That decision is personal and layered, and best left to those involved.
I completely agree!! It’s all very personal to each and every woman who either wants a child, or not. The right loves to say dems want abortion on demand to use like birth control. Ugh, that makes me want to vomit. The reality is that some women are like that, but they are a small minority.
